SEEKING FLEXIBLE PART TIME PRIVATE PA IN NOTTING HILL - £20 - £25 PER HOUR

Role: Private Personal Assistant 

Hours: 10 - 12 hours per week

Location: Notting Hill

Salary: £20 - £25 Per Hour

Start: ASAP

We are looking for a switched on, sparky PA who is flexible to work 10-12 hours per week spread across five days in a gorgeous property in Notting Hill and remotely.

You need to be very flexible to visit the property everyday if needed to check in on the housekeeping team, oversee household maintenance and to run errands in the area. There will be administrative duties as well such as booking restaurants and appointments, managing the car’s requirements such as servicing and insurance. The family would like their PA to research new openings abroad and in London so very good knowledge of the latter is essential!

The Principal is very kind and easy going and is looking for someone to take initiatives and manage their own workload but most importantly to be flexible as to when they carry out the 10-12 hours of work each week. You must be available to run errands Monday to Friday if needed.

The duties for the role will include;

●           To visit the property 2-3 times throughout the week

●           Booking all appointments

●           Making reservations

●           Collating all expenses

●           Managing the car’s insurance, parking permits, servicing and MOTs etc

●           Running errands

●           Personal shopping

●           Gift purchasing and delivery

●           Travel research for new openings, activities, hotels, restaurants etc

To be considered for this role you must;

●           Have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Private PA within the family home

●           Have a valid passport

●           Be eligible to work in the UK

●           Have excellent contactable references

●           Be degree educated
