Head of Demand Generation
Circa£80K base + bonus
Hybrid - (London, Greater London/Home Counties)
We have an incredible opportunity for a Head of Demand Generation to join a Customer-first FinTech company who are committed to ethical and responsible consumer finance making them No in their field. The award-winning brand offers unrivalled products in their space and practices industry-leading transparency and flexibility.
This leading firm are looking for an experienced Demand Gen/Customer Acquisition specialist who is analytical and data-driven in their decision-making process, well versed in demand generation best practices and marketing technologies, as well as a high level of understanding of multi-channel acquisition.
Your key duties & responsibilities:

  • Own the creation and execution of the company's multi-channel paid acquisition strategy to achieve growing revenue targets
  • Identify opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive awareness adoption, activation, and retention by implementing new tactics, running optimisation tests, and improving campaign performance.
  • Manage agency and affiliate relationships
  • Lead a high-performing, metrics-driven team managing demand generation campaigns, marketing initiatives, and analytics
  • Own and execute media planning and budget allocation
  • Identify opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive awareness adoption, activation, and retention by implementing new tactics, running optimisation tests, and improving campaign performance.


Key skills required:

  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, technical ability.
  • Managerial -level experience in user acquisition marketing and a proven track record of success (fintech company is a huge advantage).
  • 2+ years of B2C high volume lead gen marketing and user acquisition experience in the regulated consumer space. Agency and sector experience a huge plus.
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools and platforms such as Google Ads, GDN, Programmatic etc. as well as Facebook, Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, SEMRush (SQL a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage a multi-million £ budget
