PA - TV Newsroom

Great opportunity for a super organised, adaptable and flexible PA to join a well-known TV News channel.  The successful person will be discreet, confident and love to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Assist the on screen talent and senior management team with their diaries and meeting coordination
• Assist the on screen talent and senior management team in any aspect of their work as appropriate
• Order and manage office & field equipment needs
• Point of contact for clients, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders
• Work to assist the Office manager with newsroom requirements
• Assist with creation of reports and presentations
