My client, an international company, has an opening for a temp Facilities Assistant to join their London team. Your main responsibility in this role will be providing exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.  You will be based in their state-of-the-art offices in London.

What you’ll do:
  • Proactively logging any jobs/issues ensuring the building is to visual and working standard.
  • Provide the first response to building user queries.
  • Office porterage as required, including office moves, furniture moves, deliveries and collections.
  • Assisting with arranging events and training.
  • Responding to calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Covering reception when required.
  • Updating the company’s facilities page.
  • Promote new ideas and innovations that enhance the workplace experience
Who you are:
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Calm manner able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and support other areas of the business on occasions, as required.
