HOUSE MANAGER/ PA / DRIVER FOR FAMILY IN MAYFAIR - £50,000 - £60,000 GPA

Location: Mayfair, London

Days: Monday – Friday

Time: 7.00am – 6.00pm

Hours: Full time 

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Gross Per Year

Start: ASAP 

For a lovely family who have just relocated back to the UK from Hong Kong, we are looking for a triple threat Houseman/Driver who will carry out some general PA duties as well. You will need to switch between roles throughout the day as needed.

The family have three children who are at school and they have a Governess who visits in the afternoons along with a full time Housekeeper. They would like their new team member to take the children to and from school and to carry out their house duties in the meantime.

This is a really varied role where no two days will be the same!

Duties; 

• Coordinate the day to day operation of the household
• Household staff management including rotas, holidays time sheets and payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training and evaluations
• Driving duties including school drops, pickup and after school clubs for the children
• Car maintenance including servicing, MOTs, insurance, congestions charge, parking permits, refueling, cleaning and stocking of water/tissues etc.
• Diary management and gatekeeping
• Travel arrangements, booking of holidays etc., packing and ensuring all documentation is up to date
• Household budget and administrative duties
• Running errands, grocery shopping and online ordering
• Household maintenance to book and oversee contractors
• Maintain a good knowledge of modern technology and complex systems and IT
• Manage the household and family’s security measures

To be considered for this role you must; 

• Have 5+ years' experience working as a Houseman/Driver
• Full clean driving license 
• Possess an excellent command of the English Language 
• Have excellent contactable references
• Possess (or be willing to have) an up to date DBS check
