Business Development and Marketing Manager

My client is a high net worth individual looking for an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to hit the ground running in a Boutique Law Firm in the heart of Mayfair. You will be creating a department from scratch, networking with top clients and creating a successful development strategy to increase the business profit. This role has many growth opportunities, alongside hybrid working and flexible hours. You will be employed temporarily for three to six months. This will lead to a permanent position based on performance and the salary will increase if the placement becomes permanent. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for growing the business and generating a profit by targeting high profile clients, alongside marketing and increasing brand awareness.

• Communicating with high net worth clients
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• Setting goals for the business and developing strategies to meet those goals
• Produce quality business development strategies over quantities
• Personal development plan

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a driven, ambitious individual who can build a business development and marketing plan from scratch. You will be independent, determined and prepared to go the extra mile to reach goals. 

Requirements:

• Five years+ experience in marketing and business development
• Experience working with high net worth individuals 
• Relevant university degree and qualifications related to business development or marketing 
• Understanding of legislation practices
• Outstanding organisation and communication skills 
• You will have your own clients and be well connected with talent 
• Proven track record in a similar role 
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative flair, experience in marketing
• Professional and able to uphold strict confidentially
