This is a brilliant Administrator opportunity for someone who wants to work in a warm and supportive team, and get stuck in to a variety of key office duties. As the office assistant / facilities assistant, there is huge scope to learn and take on more within your role in time. Attitude is everything in this role and is far more important than your experience levels.

Working alongside the Office / Facilities Manager and being his right hand support

  • Teas, coffees, refreshments etc for meetings
  • Recycling
  • Stationery checking and ordering
  • Working alongside Receptionists
  • As hoc Assistant duties

Please note due to the nature of this role the Office Assistant / Facilities Assistant will be based in the office 5 days a week.
