What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I reporting to: Head of Operations & HR

Key duties:

• Meet and greet all clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing meeting rooms
• Managing a busy switchboard
• Calendar management
• Organising travel and logistics
• Ad hoc admin duties

What is the company looking for?

• Ideally 12m+ experience in professional or corporate environment
• IT Literate - Microsoft Office, Zoom
• Excellent communication skills.
• An attention to detail, strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
• Great time management skills.
