HR Systems Manager - 8 Months
HR Systems Manager job based in Coventry for 8 Months
Your new company
You will be working for a leading and prestigious University based in Coventry. They have been currently going through a new HR system integration and are looking now for someone to lead an existing team.
Your new role
You will be working looking after a team of 8 HR Systems coordinators and will be coordinating and supporting the team in the introduction of their new system, which is SAP Success Factors. As well as supporting team members you will be the key person to liaise with business areas in regards to system problems, request and issues, organisational changes and system outages. Currently the new system is working in parallel with their existing system however towards the end of the year they are looking at going fully live.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked in a HR systems integration project and management knowledge is essential. Experience of SAP Success Factors is also a key requirement.
What you'll get in return
The role is initially for a period of 8 months and will be working on a hybrid basis with around two days a week in the office. As well as a competitive salary you would have 30 days holiday (prorata) and a wide selection of other benefits.
