The CFL Workforce Team is based countywide, across multiple locations and is part of the wider CFL Business Support service. You will ensure that all recruitment tasks are carried out to tight deadlines, while still providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders.

Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including the organisation of interviews, meet/greet with candidates, facilitation of case study examinations, workforce planning, structure reconciliation, data management and the set up/induction of new staff members.

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to confidently implement a proactive approach to your work

Staff are attending office around once per week at the moment, but we envisage that increasing in the near future, albeit we will continue to try and work as agilely as possible.
