Do you want to work for a growing, boutique, design company as a right hand PA providing business and personal PA assistance to the owner and being an integral part of the business working on projects?

Based in Kensington (1 day work from home) this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys a varied role and one in which you are fully engaged with the business and their clients as well as the MD.   This is a multi faceted role, covering business and personal PA work. On the business side you will be involved from start to finish,  liaising with clients and suppliers, researching products, requesting/sending samples, preparing quotations, arranging meetings, managing budgets, sending invoices and keeping an eye on  project timelines. On the personal side it could be anything from personal travel to arranging appointments, dealing with parcels, sourcing gifts, paying bills, booking dinners, events and more.  

Working alongside another part time PA you will oversee the administrative functions, working closely together to ensure the business and the owners’  personal life runs smoothly whether that is sourcing a new supplier, chasing a delivery that is holding up the project, amending a contract, managing an excel spreadsheet or organising caterers for a last minute personal event. We are looking for strong administrative skills to include strong Excel, Word and confidence with new packages, client facing skills, a strong work ethic and a warm and engaging personality.

This is a role that will suit an individual who is highly professional, is client facing, confident, is organised, able to think on their feet and adaptable. Furthermore someone who has passion for what they do, has high standards and wants to be a key member and contributor to this small team.  

Role will entail:

* Business PA; Booking in client meetings, liaising with client, arranging travel

* Researching, sourcing and chasing products and samples

* Liaising with suppliers, placing orders, arranging quotations, invoicing

* Personal PA support: diary management, travel arrangements, events, appointments

* Personal family administration, paying bills, purchasing gifts, organising deliveries

The successful candidate for this role will:

*Have previous  relevant experience

*Enjoy being in multifunctional roles and enjoy both personal and business PA work

*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

*Have a can do, hard working approach
