EA to CEO

A super slick, dynamic Finance house is looking for a phenomenal EA to come and support their busy CEO. They are a  Boutique company and you would be joining a really lovely bunch of people, they all have a great sense of humour and a fabulous team culture! Gorgeous offices in Central London.

This is a very nice job doing both business and personal duties, the CEO is very mindful of the EA’s time and there is rarely out of hours contact.

The CEO is a perfectionist and is looking only for an A1 candidate!  

Duties will include:

• Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients and other external partners
• Perform research and prepare presentations and reports and summaries.
• Prepare internal reports.
• Help with board meetings.
• Extensive diary across time zones including coordinating meetings, appointments, and board meetings.
• Attend events and meeting on behalf of the executive and report back.
• Help with family and homes, utility bills, memberships, subscriptions
• Dealing with client requests

The right candidate will have:

• 10 years experience supporting at c-suite level
• Be super on it and able to multi task
• Be skilled at prioritising
• Be approachable and personable
• Have a good sense of humour!
