Based in an elegant office in the heart of St James’s, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to work in a small, fun team and to develop the role and really make the job their own. No two days are the same..

As marketing manager, you will be responsible for the PR and social media for the company, being proactive in looking for opportunities across printed and online editorial for the member agents. The role also involves helping to organise the annual London and Country Show and compiling the bi-annual property magazine. You will also be running the office on a day to day basis and looking after the managing director, as there is an element of office manager/pa role to this job too.

PR and Marketing: 

  • Media contact for clients
  • Maintaining and developing key property journalist contacts
  • Proactively seeking opportunities for publicity in the consumer press for UK and International property, pitching relevant and interesting properties to suitable journalists
  • Co-ordinating a bi-annual property magazine: researching and possibly writing feature articles, resourcing images, proofing copy, coordination of property advertising, liaising with designers
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives: designing offline and online marketing material for strategic campaigns to enhance the company profile and create brand awareness; including a monthly newsletter
  • Organising the annual London & Country Property Show and smaller ‘in office’ property exhibitions
  • Producing the social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) for the company and maintaining the website
  • Coming up with innovative ways to help market both the company and the member agents’ businesses

Property Consultant:

  • Day to day management of existing clients
  • Maintaining and building upon long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Liaising closely with clients to remain up to date with their activities and the markets they cover
  • Registering potential buyers on the purchase and sale of country property
  • Researching potential new clients
  • Managing the property referral system

Office Manager/PA to the Managing Director: 

  • General office admin: dealing with incoming email and post; answering the phone, stationery order, diary management etc
  • Organising and attending principal meetings, marketing meetings, taking minutes and arranging client entertainment. Help setting up/hosting occasional internal Art exhibitions for clients
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including day-to-day management of the website and intranet systems, data management, social media, filing, window display etc
