EA - TV

Very exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join an International TV Brand supporting two very busy Directors! The successful person will be confident working in a fast paced environment with the ability to remain calm while juggling a multitude of tasks.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the complex, fast paced and ever-changing diaries
• International travel management
• Meet and greet internal and external clients
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Support with activities such as producing PowerPoint and other presentations
• Oversee planning of conference events
• Provide EA cover for the CEO and COO when necessary
