Office Manager

My client is a fabulous, West London based Creative Agency who works closely with very well-known brands! This is a unique opportunity for a warm and motivated Office Manager, who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and take control of the office, ensuring the employees have a space to work in that is fit for purpose as well as encouraging them to keep it looking spick and span! You will be enthusiastic and have energy being the ultimate organiser who is always on the go and no two days will be the same. This is a very exciting position!

Your duties will include:

• Maintaining facilities – organise upkeep when necessary
• First point of contact for the office
• Maintaining rapport with various departments, training new starters etc
• Co-ordinating catering arrangements - booking hospitality etc
• Organising their social and culture events
• Various errands – client gifts etc

The right candidate should be a team player, with an understanding of creative industries. It would be beneficial for you have a background in a high-level customer facing role.
