Our client, an exciting new Entertainment & Media Company / Lifestyle Platform requires an experienced EA to support their busy CEO whilst also sourcing, setting up and managing the new office in the heart of London.

You will be a key member of a small but fast-growing team and will need to be highly organised with great attention to detail and able to hold the fort when the principal is travelling.

Although a background in the Entertainment Industry is not essential, coming from this industry with knowledge of the music / fashion world would be an advantage.

Hours:                  Full time with some out of hours support and travel when required.

Location:              Central London

Start Date:            ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide efficient, effective and confidential EA support.
  • Extensive Diary and Email Management across multiple time zones
  • Booking domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, trains and cars and securing visas where necessary.
  • Arranging all meetings and calls internally and externally.
  • Initially sourcing and setting up new London Office and managing its day to day running.
  • Acting as a first point of contact, screening and handling calls as appropriate, whilst keeping an up to date contact list.
  • Providing support to the wider team when necessary.
  • Ad hoc personal support and errands.

Candidates must be / have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (background in the entertainment / media industry preferable but not essential)
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat etct), with confidence in trouble shooting and resolving problems
  • Strong ability to prioritise
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing your time efficiently
  • Friendly and approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude, and a good sense of humour
  • A team player that is willing to help colleagues across the company as required
  • Flexible in adapting to changing schedules
  • Ability to work autonomously and from own initiative
  • Trustworthy in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
