An independent equity broker firm looking for a proactive receptionist. The firm has an inclusive culture and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will be covering a receptionist who is being promoted within the company. This role will become permanent for the right candidate. You will be working flexible hours, 07:30-16:30 and 09:00-18:00.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy receptionist role with lots of variety. You will be providing front of house service alongside administrative support.
To be successful, you will have experience within a similar role. You will be the type of person who is super organised, well presented and super willing.

This is a busy receptionist role with lots of variety. You will be providing front of house service alongside administrative support.
- Extensive diary management
- Meet and greet guests, providing teas and coffees
- Ordering catering supplies
- Meeting room management, calendar organisation
- Maintaining zoom pods and pod allocations
- Receive and direct incoming calls
- Regularly update the phone lists
- Manage incoming post and deliveries, book couriers
- Process research teams expenses, invoice checking for reception orders
- Maintain spreadsheets for reception facilities
- Updating the reception manual, providing new procedures
- Diary management and travel coordination to cover for team PA’s
To be successful, you will have experience within a similar role. You will be the type of person who is super organised, well presented and super willing.

- Willing to step into cover when required
