Project Co-ordinator/PA role in Embankment

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a really lovely firm based near Embankment station or Blackfriars. They're looking for a Project Co-ordinator/PA to support the busy Consultants. Around 40% of your job will be diary/PA work - prepping paperwork for the Consultants, lots of planning & thinking ahead. 50% of your job will be project co-ordination. You will be the point person for each assignment so it will involve pulling paperwork for pitches, tenders and there will be lots of client contact. The last 10% will be assisting with business development. The environment is very fast paced so it needs to be someone who works well under pressure and thrives in this type of job. Ideally you will have previous experience as a PA, EA or Project Co-ordinator. Its a great place to work - they're very social and its a wonderful family atmosphere.
