SEEKING JUNIOR PA FOR CEO OF HORTICULTURE BUSINESS, BUCKS - £28k - £35k GPA DOE

Role: PA / EA required for a busy CEO

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm (with flexibility)

Location: nr Aylesbury, Bucks

Salary: £28k -£35k gross per year 

Start: ASAP

A highly capable PA/EA is required for a busy CEO of a horticulture and construction business based in Buckinghamshire nr Aylesbury. 

As the CEO is spread pretty thin since his PA/ Office manager retired, he needs someone with maturity and experience to bridge the gap. Your time will be split between in office administration and going to meetings with the CEO, clients and contractors and assisting with his private affairs.

Excellent organisational skills and a background in property management/or running a large household/estate would be beneficial. The CEO works from an office based on farm where all staff and the family are based. They travel abroad regularly and have overseas property. 

We are looking for a PA who is able to make decisions, have solid sound judgment and be very proactive. Confidentiality, discretion and trust are really paramount in this role as the family are very private. 

You will be contracted to work 9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday with flexibility outside of office hours for ad hoc requests on occasion.

To be considered for this role you must;

• Be fluent in English Language with excellent communication skills
• Be eligible to work within the UK
• Have excellent contactable references
• Have a minimum of 5 years working as a Private PA
• Have previous experience working within a private household environment
