Role: Private PA 

Days: Monday – Friday 

Hours: 9am – 6pm (with flexibility)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 gross per annum

Location: Central London

We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant, for a full-time position working for a business magnate in the entertainment industry in Central London.

You will be responsible for providing personal support to manage his diary, social calendar and appointments, make reservations, book tickets and schedule social engagements. You will assist with all worldwide travel, events, personal shopping, expenses and errand running. You will also support his wife and administration for their children 20% of the time. 

There is the flexibility to work from home and to meet with the Principal in London once or twice a week when required. You must be a go getter, who is used to problem solving and working within a network of high-profile people. Ideally you will have a little black book and be very resourceful; good at multitasking!

The duties for the role will include;

  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
  • Inbox management and gatekeeping
  • Co-ordinating all worldwide travel including visa requirements
  • Reservations and ticket bookings
  • Managing events from concept to onsite direction
  • Property maintenance
  • Personal shopping
  • Gift recommendations and purchasing
  • Errand running
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and willing to work with a rapidly changing set of priorities

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Private PA
  • Have a valid passport 
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Be degree educated
