This role takes responsibility for delivering all elements for circa 50 events in London and their global hubs. It’s a varied and demanding role which requires you to work across multiple events in multiple cities.

You’ll work as part of the Events team in the planning and execution of the program of 120 events across their global locations. Your role will be to develop content , make informed speaker suggestions and plan your allotted events from conception to execution. This will involve managing the event in the lead up, on the day and being the point of contact.  You’ll create event comms timelines, manage caterers, venues, develop topics and talking points, manage speaker briefings and ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and meets expectations. You’ll work collaboratively as a team player.

This role may involve some global travel.

This company only employ the best! You will ideally be a Graduate, with 2 years Event Management experience for a reputable brand. You’ll have a passion for Events with bucket loads of enthusiasm and energy, be extremely organised with superb verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail. You are Results driven with the ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines. You’ll be familiar with all major office applications including MS Office, Photoshop and InDesign, the ability to work under your own initiative and excellent negotiation skills. You will be immaculately presented and well-spoken, with an exemplary grasp of the English language, including faultless writing skills. Super-organised and professional, you will have the ability to keep calm under pressure and understand the importance of first class communication at all levels.
