Private & Business PA to UHNW

 

Role: Business and Private PA

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9am – 6pm (plus out of hours support when necessary)

Salary: £55-75k gross per annum + benefits

Location: Mayfair, London

Start date: ASAP

 

On behalf of the incredible Chairwoman of an international Digital IT Services firm, we are looking for a talented and experienced PA to support her in a 50/50 business and private capacity.

 

You must have experience in both a corporate setting (carrying out office management including general administration, organising meetings and conferences, international travel etc) and within a private household to oversee the running of the principal’s private residence in Mayfair. You will need proven experience in property maintenance (all facilities and utilities) staff management, private social correspondence, personal shopping, lifestyle management and errand running.

 

The principal runs several businesses, so she is looking for a very competent, forward thinking, proactive PA who can flip seamlessly between roles.

 

PA duties for the role will include:

  • Office management to include general day to day admin support
  • Arranging complex international travel for the company’s consultants
  • Budgeting and reconciling
  • Private household maintenance i.e. arranging and overseeing contractors
  • Negotiating contracts and quotes
  • Household staff management and recruitment
  • Diary and inbox management including gatekeeping
  • Travel management
  • Lifestyle management and personal shopping
  • Event management and RSVPs
  • Finance management – invoicing and expenses
  • Property management

 

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Private and Business PA in a corporate and private setting
  • Be degree educated
  • Have a valid passport and be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills and excellent grammar
  • Worked in an UHNW / HNW environment before
