PA - Property Asset Management Mayfair

Exciting opportunity for a PA who wishes a role within a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Working in the Capital Markets Team the role is supporting the Director and a Team.
This is a long established company with a great working culture and working environment in fabulous Mayfair offices!

Reporting into the Director and example of some the duties below:


Main Duties:
*Arranging asset tours for existing/potential investors
*Co-ordinating international business trips, including air travel/hotels & transfers
*Extensive diary and complex international travel management.
*Arranging meeting rooms, equipment, catering, accommodation, restaurants etc.
*Fielding telephone calls, acting as gatekeeper
*Arranging conference calls and video-conferences.
*Managing expenses, reimbursements
*General administration duties i. filing, faxing, photocopying, archiving, binding
*documents, etc.
*Compliance administration
*Establishing and maintaining effective relationships, people management at all
*levels.
*Collating confidential papers for meetings, creating and updating presentations.
*Liaising effectively with internal and external PAs.
*Delivery of projects as required



Requirements for this PA role are:

* Proven experience within professional services ideally 5+
* Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
* Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
* Excellent organisational and prioritising talents
* Resourceful, proactive nature
* High attention to detail
