This is a new and exciting Family Office PA role, lovely location working with a small, welcoming, cheery and supportive team! You would provide Personal Assistance to the charming Chief Executive of the Family Trust and support her in her work for the Family Office. The Chief Executive also leads a major grant giving organisation, operating globally. Would suit an well-educated individual - graduate level ideally or with good A - levels, with at least 2 years of administrative experience. Great opportunity to grow within the role.Good work life balance.( can work form home one day a week if desired)
The role includes:
- Managing diary and meetings - ensuring she is prepared for these meetings
- Coordinating, travel (including international)
- Taking minutes and following up on meetings
- Organising occasional staff events at the Trust
- Assist with aspects of the family’s property portfolio
- Managing and organising documentation
- Processing and logging expenses
- Managing the administrative elements related to recruitment
This role requires someone with a real team spirited, flexible and collaborative mindset, you must enjoy being the “go to person” for all the team. On occasion you may be asked to assist the Principals and family with certain PA tasks as required. Discretion, excellent communication and analytical skills are fundamental for this role.
