PA - Global Property Design - Bristol 
£38,000 - £40,000

Our client, a globally recognised Property Design and Construction company based in Bristol are looking for a polished, well presented and proactive PA who has experience supporting at multiple people. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable company.

You must have recent experience as a PA, ideally within a similar industry, and experience organising events. 

The Role
  • Provide PA support to the MD and ad-hoc support to the Financial Director
  • Manage extensive diaries in a proactive manner, allowing flexibility for priority meetings
  • Organise external and internal meetings, arranging facilities as necessary and circulating appropriate agendas and papers beforehand in a timely manner and arrange refreshments when appropriate
  • Attend various meetings and take minutes as required and follow up on actions taken
  • Booking national and international travel and accommodation and co-ordinate itineraries
  • Preparation of annual meeting schedules and reporting schedules
  • Arrange and co-ordinate the business planning process in line with Group timescales
  • Manage the organisation of events in accordance with the Gifts & Hospitality policy
  • Oversee compliance with the Gifts & Hospitality policy ensuring approval forms are submitted correctly in accordance with the policy
  • Manage the organisation of communication events (usually x2 per year)
  • Support project teams with project events in accordance with the Gifts & Hospitality policy
  • Liaise with the Marketing department regarding the monthly newsletter content and circulation
  • Creation of quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use in accordance with our brand
  • Assist with the production of the monthly Board Report
  • Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with directors, associated colleagues and external

The Person
  • Advanced working knowledge of, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and intermediate level of Excel.
  • Experience with using social media platforms
  • Ability and willingness to take on increased responsibility to support business needs
  • Ability to remain resilient, calm and measured and when dealing with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time planning skills
  • Attention to detail and eye for accuracy
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent command of English language both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent spelling and grammar is essential
  • Efficient use of visual equipment, including video conferencing, telephone conferencing
