Our client is a professional business consultancy firm, due to continued growth they are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Consultant / BP. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, handling all relevant HR queries, including recruitment, absence management, performance, disciplinaries, grievance, redundancy - as well as providing the strategic direction which supports business growth and development.
This is a truly generalist HR role, the client portfolio consists of SME's across a wide range of sectors.
If you are looking for a fresh challenge, which will utilise your ALL your HR skills and experience, this opportunity could be for you.
You must be able to demonstrate strong Employee Relations experience, with the ability to work with stakeholders and provide effective HR advise.
Key responsibilities:
* Handling queries from a range of clients, providing sound HR Advise relating to their policies and procedures.
* Handling discisplinaries and grievances, providing guidance and best practice to ensure the best outcome
* Handle recruitment, specifically offer management including contracts and offer letters
* Generate HR reports for the client
* Undertake face to face meetings with clients.
* Oversee and direct the work of the Advisors and / or Consultants.
* Monitor the outstanding cases to ensure appropriate advice being given.
* Coach and mentor the team to develop their knowledge.
* Conduct 121 reviews where appropriate with team members to review their performance
The client is based in South Leeds, with excellent links to M62 & M1. Offering full-time hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
