JOB ROLE: HR ASSISTANT – LUXURY FASHION BRAND

COMPANY: LUXURY FASHION BRAND

HOURS: 09:30AM-18:00PM IN OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEKS

SALARY:  £25k-£28k

LOCATION: London – West End

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Recruitment:

  • Support the HR Manager with the posting of the open positions, the screening of the candidate profiles, scheduling interviews and respond to candidates’ applications.
  • Assist the HR Director with ad-hoc recruitment projects for store opening and/or Pop-up stores

HR:

  • Support the HR Director with the joiner and leaver processes and relevant documentation for all employees.
  • Maintain all digital and physical employee files, HR Systems & organisation charts up to date.
  • Updating our internal databases with new employee information such as contact details and employment forms.
  • Support the HR Director with the absence management process.
  • Ensure all HR costs/invoices are accounted for and processed.

KPI and Reports

  • Assist with the monthly HR Reports (FTE, joiners, leavers, promotion, transfers, absenteeism, payroll cost, etc.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Additional:

  • Take the ownership of the Temp staff booking for vacancies within the stores.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • HR qualifications is a MUST.
  • To have worked within luxury retail and understands the demographic of the industry, the fast pace environments and has a passion for luxury retail.
  • Office experience working within the HR department at least 1 year, this can be an internship.
  • To have worked previously within the recruitment side of HR, looking after the onboarding, interviewing, and hiring on internal staff.
  • Understanding HR processes and being responsible for monthly HR reports.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and presentations.
