Super slick West End Hedge Fund packed full of collegiate, inspiring professionals who value and develop their support staff is looking for a Team Assistant to join an exciting division.
This role encompasses all of the organisational duties you would expect in a varied Team Assistant role, i.e. being trusted as a linchpin when managing diaries and travel, plus offers project work and client contact.
You will join the innovative portfolio management division to organise everything from their heavy meeting schedule to keeping abreast of who they are meeting, when/where/why and making suggestions as to how they can best use their time. The Portfolio Managers attend copious meetings and events (virtual and in person), so there will be a huge array of people to stay in touch with. You will be the type to enjoy building professional relationships and have a natural rapport with people at all levels, up to C-Suite.
The admin line manager is attentive and inspiring, and there is a training and development budget for support staff. The culture is one of lifelong learning, so questions are always welcome, and the admin team are encouraged to challenge and develop themselves both through formal training and via the market insights they will get by paying close attention to the work of their investment professionals.
There is a superb team ethic amongst the admin group, which has been fostered by the line manage, and is also supported by the professionals in their treatment of the assistants, who they recognise as being a big part of their success.
The firm offers beautiful offices, a friendly and sociable support team, varied roles and a supportive manager – it doesn’t get much better than this.
If you have an excellent palette of Team Assistant skills to offer and are ready to take your next step into a truly exciting role with loads of growth, please apply to learn more.
£40-50K, excellent benefits including top of the range medical cover and other insurances, an employee assistance programme, a training budget. Social and fun people, driven environment.
