Second PA to Founder

Founder of highly successful international hedge fund seeks PA.  This superb opportunity to work in a high-end investment environment is perfect from someone at the start of their PA career – someone who has good organisational skills to offer and would appreciate working alongside an experienced EA.

Day to day, this role with work alongside the Founder’s senior EA, who will teach the tricks of the top EA trade.  This EA is warm, welcoming and a great mentor – whoever gets this role will have copious support to learn, plus be given projects of their own from day one.  The role will encompass everything one would expect from a founder-level role – busy diary management, complex international travel booking, family and personal liaison, events management, and more.

This is a boutique hedge fund of around 25 people with a small, close-knit admin team of 3 – they work together to make sure the office runs to perfection, so you will be a team-player who enjoys a broad and varied role, happy to help as needed.  As well as being a busy PA, you will also take on projects for various teams, all of which will help to grow your skillset, e.g. investor relations, HR, research.
