My client is a professional services firm working with international and UK clients.  They love what they do and you can tell as soon as you step into their offices, the vibe, the buzz, it’s fantastic.  The Marketing Assistant role is a pivotal one where you will have tons of exposure to the world of marketing, a really wonderful opportunity to make the role your own, learn from an expert and take on pure marketing tasks.

The Role

Due to their continued success and organic growth, they are looking to recruit a new Marketing Assistant.  You will report directly into the Marketing Manager and work closely with them on initiatives across branding, customer experiences, digital marketing and communications.

You will be responsible for promoting the company brand, such an exciting opportunity.

Marketing Assistant responsibilities will include:

  • Content marketing: sourcing events and opportunities
  • A creative mindset to content generation, and the ability to drive brand standards and deliver visually pleasing graphics
  • Community management
  • Event organisation: identifying the best tradeshows and conferences to attend and assisting in organising the events
  • Merchandise: managing merchandise orders and shipments
  • Marketing Administration

Do you have what to takes to be the ideal Marketing Assistant?

  • Can-do and proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and conscientiousness
  • Excellent command of the English language and copywriting skills
  • Comfortable and confident in using social media
  • Team orientated
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

And although this is an entry-level Marketing Assistant role, the ideal candidate will have had exposure to, or a background in marketing, copy-writing skills and experience working with social media or, someone looking for their first job straight out of university with a Marketing Degree.

Ah, and another thing, there are often lovely furry fluffy dogs in the office, so you have got to be a lover of dogs as they are truly part of the team and love to be stroked!

This role is to start ASAP!
