Remortgage Case Handler

A new, exciting opportunity for an administrator to join the team as a Case Handler to support with the whole lifecycle of re-mortgage cases - full training to be provided!

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: GBP22,000 (depending on experience)

Position: Permanent role

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM -5PM

As the Customer Service Administrator (Case Handler), you will be responsible for:

Processing of re-mortgage cases from instruction to completion
Process of received documents and letters
Collating documents for file preparation, set-up and checking
Continual updating of the in-house case management system
Production of legal documents to both clients and customers
Managing pipeline by advancing cases, chasing outstanding documents, and abandoning non-active casesThe successful candidate will have the following related skills / experience:

Strong IT skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel & Internal Systems
Excellent telephone manner
Good time management
Strong administration skills
