Customer Experience Assistant / Sales Administrator | GBP24K - GBP27K | Manchester

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing EdTech company based in Manchester. They are currently on a lookout for a proactive and self-motivated Customer Experience Assistant / Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
They are looking for somebody passionate about customer interaction and at the same time able to proactively deal with any urgent administration tasks.
There is the perfect role for someone who wants the chance to have ownership over the customer journey and have the opportunity to progress in one of Manchester's fastest growing tech businesses.
Responsibilities:
Customer management to ensure any externals interacting with the business have frictionless experience with clear timelines and organised communication
Customer journey planning and analysis.
Build product knowledge and company operational awareness.
Own, follow up and deliver on actions.
Business development.
Expectation management.
Ensuring excellent service and the delivery of department KPI's.
Review and analyse performance and liaise with relevant key stakeholders.
Administrative tasks where required to support the Sales Department promote the company brand and grow customers consumable spend.
Performing refresher training sessions to empower clients to promote the products to users.Requirements:
Experience in an administration / account management / contact centre / customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication and confident over the phone and via video link
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
Critical thinking, creativity, and well-reasoned judgment when solving problems.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to work individually and as part of a team
Good IT skills and experience using the CRM systems
Good academic background
Experience in/around the field of Dentistry/Edtech/Medical fields is desirable but not essential Salary and Benefits:
Salary in the range of GBP24,000 - GBP27,000 DOE
31 days annual leave (23+8 bank holidays).
