A fantastic education establishment based in south west London is looking for an experienced PA/Team Assistant to support their CEO, COO and wider team in addition to assisting with the delivery of the communications strategy.

As PA/Team Assistant your duties will include diary management, organising meetings, taking minutes, writing correspondence and conducting research for the CEO.

In addition to PA support, as a Team Assistant you will coordinate all media liaison, work closely with external consultants on a PR strategy, manage the website and social media and work closely with HR. This will include managing the operations around senior recruitment, delivering events and working on compliance. You will additionally work alongside senior management to develop communications strategies, plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns and provide relevant reporting.

This is a newly created role in a fast-paced working environment where no two days are the same. If you hold a degree or equivalent, have experience as a PA or Team Assistant to include taking minutes and would love a varied role working with a fantastic team, don’t delay, apply now!
