HR Operations Assistant
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Assistant to join our Human Resources (HR) department on a full time basis supporting the HRBP for the West Midlands and South West region.
Please note that this role can be based in the West Midlands or South West, and will require travel to services across both regions

The Role:
Cygnet HR department hold the responsibility for a range of the HR activities for Cygnet Health Care including HR strategy, HR Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and general staff and management support.
As a HR Operations Assistant will provide first class support to the Regional HR Business Partner whilst providing support to Managers and Administrators within the region ensuring that quality standards are met, communicating effectively employees and prospective employees.
Your duties will include:
Provide a consistent and professional HR service.
Deliver a service that enables managers to assume their responsibility for all
aspects of people management issues.
Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
Answering staff queries regarding human resources matters escalating issue to the HR Business Partner when necessary.
Arranging and attending ER meetings such as disciplinaries, grievance as support/minute taker following up on any actions
Collate and enter information onto payroll SIF ensuring information is sent to finance/payroll in a timely manner
Conducting personnel file and HR compliance audits.Some of the benefits of this role include:
