We have an exciting opportunity for a self starter to join this dynamic and fast pace Property Investment firm as an Office Manager. Working closely with the Creative Director you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, ensuring it is a welcoming and friendly place to work :
- Manage the day-to-day office administrative as needed
- Responsible for all setup and management of internal and external meetings
- Liaising with building manager to ensure office issues are fixed promptly
- Managing health and safety processes ensuring that the office is operating in accordance with regulations
- Expense and invoice processing
- Oversee all IT equipment and inventory needs
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers, negotiating best price
- Dealing with all general HR administration to include set up new joiners, holiday and sickness records
- Taking responsibility for social events and team incentives
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years experience as an Office Coordinator/Manager, in a fast-growing and agile business
- Facilities coordination and office admin experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skill with a strong ability to multi task
- Must be proactive and adaptable with an eye for details
- Take pride in everything you do
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
