EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – BOARD LEVEL

UP TO £55,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

LONDON BRIDGE AREA + 2 DAYS FROM HOME

Our client is an exciting and progressive Private Equity firm based in beautiful offices in the London Bridge area. They have a highly desirable and welcoming culture, and are entering a stage of rapid growth and development.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join their increasingly busy and successful Energy Team, and provide high level 1:1 to the Team Head.

THE ROLE

• Full autonomy of Diary Management using a high level of discretion
• Extensive global travel arrangements, including preparation of VISAs
• Arranging meetings, lunches, booking meeting rooms with relevant facilities and greeting visitors
• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing emails and flag as required
• Liaising closely with external consultants on meeting schedules and investor visiting programmes
• Dealing with internal and external calls, answering queries, taking messages, arranging conference calls
• Managing travel budgets and expenses and processing invoices as required

THE CANDIDATE

• Extensive experience in co-ordinating complex international travel itineraries
• Experience of providing C-Suite level EA or PA support for at least 6 years
• Exposure to the Private Equity sector
• High Level of IT Literacy with good experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and especially PowerPoint
• Preferably educated to degree level
• Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality is key to this position
• Must be able to deal with changing priorities/schedules and multi task
