Our client is an exciting and progressive Private Equity firm based in beautiful offices in the London Bridge area. They have a highly desirable and welcoming culture, and are entering a stage of growth and development.

They are looking for an experienced Team Assistant/ Executive Assistant to join their increasingly busy and successful Africa Team, which is made up of 8 Directors and Principles.

THE ROLE

  • Extensive Diary Management – Complex and changeable
  • Managing global travel arrangements (with VISAs), travel budgets and expenses
  • Arranging meetings, lunches, booking meeting rooms with relevant facilities and greeting visitors
  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing emails and flag as required
  • Liaising closely with external consultants on meeting schedules and investor visiting programmes
  • Dealing with internal and external calls, answering queries, taking messages, arranging conference calls and covering other EA’s phones and leave periods
  • Administration duties for Directors and Principles

THE CANDIDATE

  • Experience of providing EA or PA support for at least 5 years
  • Sector experience in Investments, Private Equity or Financial Services
  • High Level of IT Literacy with good experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and especially PowerPoint
  • Preferably educated to degree level
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload
