Our client is an fantastic and welcoming Advisory firm based in the heart of the City, near to Bank. They are looking for an ambitious and exceptional Team PA to support 1 MD, 2 Exec Directors and 8 Directors in their Infrastructure Team.

This will be a fast paced role, hugely demanding but equally as rewarding, and the team are truly welcoming and keen to find someone who is confident and sociable. You will need excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, and have experience supporting a team and managing multiple diaries.

THE ROLE

• Diary management
• Travel coordination
• Being first point of contact for all IT issues and forming excellent 1:1 relationship with outsourced IT Consultant
• Expenses
• Administration duties
• Conducting training sessions on new systems
