Maypole School is looking to appoint an efficient and conscientious Office Administrator. We are looking for someone with previous school experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- relates well to children, parents and outside agencies and is able to established good relationships
- Is a good team member willing to share ideas and skills
- Has very good organisation skills and shows initiative
- Has very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has very good IT skills and knowledge of basic iT programs eg Microsoft Word and Excel
- Understands the need for all work to be confidential
- Is committed to the school, and is willing to contribute and support school events
- A knowledge of SIM's or school based electronic systems
- Previous experience within payroll, personnel or finance

The post is for 32.5 hours per week (30 mins lunch break) 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, term time only including inset days, plus 2 additional days.
