HR Advisor

Waddington Brown is delighted to be supporting a Norwich based charity with the recruitment of an experienced HR advisor. Reporting to the HR Director and working in a small team supporting a varied workforce, this role will involve strategy, planning, systems development and reporting, training and people management (colleagues and volunteers) across the organisation.

You will lead on the creation, planning and delivery of the core-training program for all staff and undertake MI reporting as required, taking responsibility for the HRIS. Some involvement in pensions, staff expenses and payroll and general reporting will also be essential.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be CIPD accredited (or equivalent) and have HR generalist experience, with a good knowledge of employment law. A real interest or previous experience in training & development and HR systems/reporting is essential. As a good team player, you will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be confident with IT systems.

Please note that hybrid working is offered with this role. Ability to travel to sites across Norfolk & Suffolk is essential.
