Our client has an opportunity available for a Human Resources Administrator (HR) to join them to support their HR service delivery by providing quality administrative support.
The Role
This is a busy and varied role in which you will play a key part in supporting the HR function including the provision of employment related documents, the coordination and onboarding of new starters, Criminal Record and Driving Licence checks as well as assisting with monthly payroll submissions and other ad-hoc administration within the HR team.
About You
You will need to have some experience from within a HR administrative role and therefore will have high levels of accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines. You will have previous experience of dealing with confidential data and you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of using a wide range of software packages, including Excel, will be an advantage.
Attainment of or willingness to study towards a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development accredited qualification would be beneficial.
This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at a basic level.
