We're looking for an experienced PA to remotely organise the business and private life of the well respected founder of a successful Executive Search company.  All employees currently work remotely but there is the option of a central London office hub if needed.  

Your focus will be on client management and oversight of all her projects and day to day business transactions.  You'll also be in charge of her diary, coordinate meetings, plan her travel arrangements alongside liaising with her team  and generally becoming the essential 'go to' for everyone.  She's great to work for, very detailed and communicates well.  Excellent writing and communication skills are essential, ideally you'll be educated to degree level plus have evidence of longevity in previous roles.  This is ideal for a professional Assistant who prefers to work remotely, but full time.  Executive Search experience is preferred but not essential.
