Admin Assistant needed to join an award winning, global recruitment business based in the City. Providing full admin support to their EU HR Business Partner, this truly is a great place to work, If you are looking to carve out a career within HR then look no further.

A newly created Admin HR role which you can really make your own, providing full HR Admin support across the business, your job role will include:

  • To assist the HR Business Partner and Group Head of Learning and Development in providing a comprehensive HR administration service.
  • To be the primary contact and systems administrator for queries on our HR system.
  • To provide an effective Human Resources administration service relating to the employment lifecycle.
  • To co-ordinate L&D training and record within the HR system when training and courses have been completed.
  • To ensure accurate HR records on all employees including full-time and part-time staff.
  • To provide HR reports as required.
  • All accompanying HR administration
