Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator required to join a well-established, forward thinking and expanding recruitment firm in the City. A fantastic starter role for someone looking to work within the recruitment space, focusing on the tech market and being mentored closely by a great Consultant where you will be fully trained and developed.

Offering hybrid working - City offices / Remote!

A varied and communicative role which requires someone who is super confident, can build professional relationships at all levels, who has great organisational and time management skills along with having the drive and ambition to succeed.

Within your remit you will be responsible for:

  • Research / Candidate Generation from multiple sources (including internal and external databases, social media, referral gathering and networking, professional groups, online forums /groups/ job boards)
  • Candidate interviews and screening (telephone and face to face)
  • Manage interview arrangements, briefings and offers where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records on the company database, updating throughout the day
  • All accompanying administration

Previous sales/telesales/office experience is ideal but personality and a can do attitude with the desire to learn is key!
