An award-winning financial investment business is looking for a hard working customer service administrator to join their expanding supportive team based in Salford Quays. The role is for 3 months initially with the high possibility of extension and a permanent contract. This company offers excellent induction training and they are one of the Sunday Times '100 Best Companies to Work For.'

Main responsibilities will include: -

Processing customer requests

Handling financial transactions

Producing letters and emails

Working efficiently with internal systems

Maintaining accurate records on our databases

Resolving customer queries via phone and email

Knowledge & Experience:

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades A*-C (or equivalent)

Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Competent IT skills

Ability to work to deadlines
