This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the UK's largest and most reputable financial services consultancies. Learning & Development is a key element of their strategy to support their team across the UK and they are looking to bolster the team with a Learning & Development Assistant. The team provide a full range of HR services but this role will specifically work within the Talent area and will support a wide range of administrative activities to ensure opportunities for personal growth across the business.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Supporting the Talent team with administration and coordination of internal and external training programmes
  • Coordination of training event materials and pre & post course administration
  • First point of contact for all learning & development enquiries
  • Ensure online learning systems are up to date

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Committed to developing, managing and delivering high quality customer-driven service
    • Ability to work at pace often to to tight deadlines
    • Ability to take the initiative, work efficiently and be organised under pressure
    • Proven attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication & stakeholder skills
    • Strong IT skills Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience of working with data management
