Hobson Prior are looking for a QPPV Office Manager to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis. Our client is focused on combining science, data and insights to transform patient experience and provide personalised healthcare solutions.

*Key Responsibilities: *
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating UK QPPV Office communications/information as needed to ensure the UK QPPV and relevant personnel are informed of relevant information received by the UK QPPV Office that affect medical compliance or safety of patients.
* Business managing UK QPPV governance and oversight meetings as required and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure appropriate input is provided, drafting minutes and monitoring agreed action status.
* Creating, maintaining and executing communication plans and work instructions as needed.
* Maintaining knowledge of PV legislation and guidelines and influencing stakeholders to optimize the adherence to highest PV standards described in PV regulations and the company's procedures.
* Reviewing selected new/revised PV legislation to identify any new requirements and performing impact assessments as needed. Coordinating and overseeing timely implementation of the requirement as needed.
* Collaborating with key stakeholders including local business process owners/subject matter experts to influence, monitor and improve PV processes and compliance.
* Managing the UK PSMF: taking a leading role in permanently keeping the accuracy and completeness of the UK PSMF and leading improvement initiatives within the UK affiliate.
* Analysing PSMF and other PV System data to identify improvement opportunities.
* Establishing and maintaining UK QPPV processes, such as oversight of Post-Authorisation Safety Studies, 24/7 QPPV availability and urgent access to safety data as needed.
* Acting as business process owner for defined processes as needed and maintaining corresponding business instructions.
* Leading or participating in inspection readiness and process improvement initiatives to optimize medical compliance as needed.
* Training and mentoring back-ups/new staff as needed.
