HR Program Manager (12m fixed-term)

Our client has identified an excellent opportunity with the recent, drastic, and exciting changes in the talent market, to revaluate their talent management practices, looking at each area through a microscope, to innovate and improve their processes.

This role will identify areas for improvement, facilitate the changes and integrations of all the talent management areas, as well as implement a new platform combining performance, skills, career pathing and succession planning.

HR Program Manager (12m fixed-term) Experience Essentials

You will have exceptional strategic vision; able to identify priority areas and can design and implement a clear and effective route to carry out the improvements. You'll have experience in rolling out talent management programs and be comfortable using HR technology to ensure efficiency.

You produce excellent work at all times with high attention to detail, with the ability to keep many plates spinning. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo, and you are persuasive and inspiring in your approach to change.
