Our client is looking for a hardworking and supportive HR Coordinator to take ownership of administrative processes and provide excellent operational support.

Working within a dynamic team, you will be trained and develop your skills to advance your HR career.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all people-related queries
  • Ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience
  • Supporting the induction, onboarding, offer, decline and offboarding processes
  • Preparing and distributing routine correspondence and reports
  • Maintaining the employee database, always ensuring data integrity

The skills you need to bring:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and build working relationships across all levels
  • Evidence of working effectively to set processes and deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office
