MARKETING AND AGENCY ASSISTANT - CREATIVE AGENCY!

We’re looking for a passionate social media creator, and a keen marketeer who is part data nerd, part organisational whiz and a complete culture geek!  Brands trust this agency to build them in thoughtful, culturally-connected and transformative ways, and this agency needs the same for themselves!

You’ll support the MD, as well as helping to  write and implement marketing and social media plans. You’ll work closely with the MD also on PR and new business, giving you a brilliant learning opportunity so see how the business is run - a perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in growing their career within creative advertising.

Tasks will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day handling of the company's social media channels (Linked in, Tik Tok and Instagram)
  • Creating and delivering relevant content across different platforms within the marketing strategy
  •  Identify improvements for how the social media workflow is managed
  • Responding to social media posts and messages
  • Analysing competitor activity and provide regular updates
  • Promoting the company as an employer, industry voice and contributor
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance of social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights, then presenting to the MD
  • Providing support to the MD across special projects, preparing for meetings, diary management, note taking, proof reading and carrying out research for the MD
  • Keeping contacts up to date and  help maintain the company’s CRM

You will need:

  • Experience gained either for an influencer / social media agency or an artist/music management company
  •  At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing or Business Development Executive, or as an Agency Assistant
  • Knowledge of and experience with Linked in B2B content and creative marketing practices
  • Passion for and understanding of the evolving digital landscape and social media trends
  •  Have strong and demonstrable experience with social media content creation, utilising practical knowledge and creative skills
  •  The ability to draw on strong instinct, judgement and experience within a similar role or company
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Google suite and MS Office
  • Be at ease dealing directly with clients, rights holders and talent reps
  • Be highly organised
  • Have a passion for music, entertainment, sport and lifestyle trends
